Hi, I’m Steph

I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.

I’ve always had a deep love for horses — not just for their beauty and strength, but for their incredible ability to sense what’s going on beneath the surface. Over the years, I realized how often our horses carry the weight of unspoken stress, tension, and emotions, both their own and ours. That’s what led me to study energy healing and alignment work.

Through hands-on, intuitive sessions, I help horses release physical and emotional tension, find more comfort in their bodies, and reconnect with a sense of ease. Every horse is different, so I approach each session by listening closely — not just with my hands, but with my heart and intuition. The goal is always to support the natural healing process and create space for better balance, relaxation, and connection.

This work isn’t about quick fixes or magic tricks. It’s about quietly listening to what the horse is saying, offering gentle support, and helping both horse and human feel more in tune with each other.

If you’re curious about how this could help your horse, or if you just want to connect and chat about what’s going on with your equine partner, I’d be happy to hear from you.

My Approach

My work is grounded in a gentle, intuitive connection with each horse. I believe horses are incredibly sensitive, aware beings that naturally respond to energy, and my role is to quietly listen to what their body and energy are communicating.

During a session, I use calm, hands-on techniques combined with energy healing practices to help release physical tension, ease emotional stress, and restore energetic balance. Every horse is different, and each session is guided by what they need in the moment — whether that’s relaxation, grounding, emotional release, or physical realignment.

I approach this work with patience, respect, and a genuine desire to support both horse and human in feeling more balanced, connected, and at ease.

Benefits of Energy Healing for Horses

Energy healing can gently support a horse’s overall well-being in many ways, including:

  • Releasing physical tension and stiffness

  • Supporting recovery from injury or physical strain

  • Easing emotional stress, anxiety, or trauma

  • Helping horses settle into new environments or routines

  • Enhancing relaxation, calmness, and focus

  • Strengthening the bond and energetic connection between horse and rider

This work isn’t about replacing veterinary care or traditional treatments — it’s a complementary tool that works alongside them to support the horse as a whole.
